Summary of Intervention(s) | • After signing DORA in 2019, Sheffield Hallam University published a Concordat Action Plan (2019-2021) – which was updated in January 2021.
• The document outlines: actions, timescales, success measures, and progress towards a reformed recruitment and selection processes; academic promotions processes; recognition and value; and support and career development.
• The action plan includes ensuring that academic promotions panels be representative of “the wider academic community in respect of gender and ethnicity” and ” Internal assessment of research outputs follows the principles of DORA.”
