| Summary of Intervention(s) | • After signing DORA in 2021, the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine announced the signature on it’s website with a statement of the School’s committments.
• The announcement states that the School commits to using the scientific content and not journal-based metrics (such as journal impact factors) to assess the quality of individual research articles.
• The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine also commits to assess an individual researcher’s contribution on a number of outputs, not just journal articles. Additionally, staff will work to produce support and training for the responsible use of metrics and research evaluation.
