• Twente University developed a new institution-wide system to recognize and reward teaching achievements.
• The University is planning to reform criteria and indicators used to assess teaching achievement in hiring and promotion procedures, and draw more widely on narrative forms of assessment instead of ‘checkbox’ criteria.
